James K. Watson Jr., PhD, co-founded Doculabs in 1993 to provide objective, benchmark-driven consulting for enterprises managing complex content, records, and compliance demands. He advises executives on automation, governance, modernization strategy, and information-management decisions across banking, insurance, healthcare, and other regulated industries.

James’s work focuses on helping organizations make defensible decisions about platforms, records programs, governance frameworks, workflow redesign, and technology modernization. His perspective anchors Doculabs’ long-standing emphasis on independent analysis, practical guidance, and enterprise execution.

Angela Dale-Alexander leads firm-wide operations at Doculabs, overseeing delivery systems, financial controls, internal execution, and operating consistency. She helps ensure that consulting teams work with clear accountability and disciplined delivery practices across AI automation, content services, governance, records, and workflow modernization engagements.

Angela’s role connects client delivery quality with the internal systems required to sustain it. She supports the operating discipline behind Doculabs’ advisory work with regulated enterprise clients.

Joe Mislinski advises clients on process intelligence, automation, and operational improvement. He helps organizations use process mining, task analysis, workflow redesign, and AI-enabled automation to identify friction, quantify inefficiency, and build practical modernization roadmaps.

Jim helps organizations assess complex current-state environments, define modernization priorities, and improve the systems that manage critical business content and records. His work emphasizes platform fit, operational control, governance design, and practical modernization planning.

Christopher Lehman turns Doculabs’ consulting expertise into practical AI-enabled business solutions for regulated environments. He works with business, IT, and process owners to define use cases, structure AI workflows, and design automation patterns that support measurable business outcomes.

With a background in psychology, neuroscience, education, and finance, Chris brings a systems-oriented perspective to AI design. His work focuses on reliability, cost control, auditability, adoption, and fit with real enterprise operating environments.
