And when you do, it quickly becomes apparent that the key challenges organizations face around mobility aren’t primarily technological, they’re organizational. You start asking questions like:
Who needs to be mobile at the enterprise?
Or:
What does mobility help those employees achieve in their respective job functions: at the individual level, the workgroup level, the department level, the enterprise level?
Only then do you get around to a question like: How will the enterprise enable their mobility?
